The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page one, section fifteen, line one, by striking out subsection (a) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(a) For the taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2021, the tax imposed by this section is discontinued.”
